Right of Cancellation (for EU)
In the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods. You can find more information below under “Right of withdrawal”.

 

Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase is more than 14 days old, we cannot offer you a refund. There is no right to exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original, unopened packaging. 

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned: 

• Gift cards

• Downloadable Software Products

• One-off / custom-made products

• Products marked with "Made to order"

• and personalized items.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased items to a third party.

Only partial refunds are given in certain situations: 

• Products with obvious signs of use. 

• Products that have been opened. 

• Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error. 

• Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
   

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Sale items
Refunds can only be given for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange
No exchange will be granted. If you do not want to keep an item, it must be returned according to the right of withdrawal and you can place a new order if you wish.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by e-mail. 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. If you are sending an item worth over 70€, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

 

 

 

INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (ONLY FOR EU)  

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form enclosed with your order confirmation/invoice or the one below.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
