Shipping Policy

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

The following conditions apply:

Deliveries will be sent domestically (Austria), to all EU countries and Europe, and also worldwide.

Shipping costs (including PostAG)

Free shipping in Austria and Europe from 70 Euro order value.

Austria:
You can choose between the following rates:

4.65 Euro per order (ECO shipping without tracking number, 2-3 days, insured up to 50 Euro).
4.95 euros per order (PRIO shipping without tracking number, 1 day, insured up to 50 Euro).
6.20 Euro per order (Parcel shipping Austria with tracking, 1-3 days, insured up to 510Euro). This rate is automatically selected for all orders over 50 Euro.

Deliveries to EU and Rest-Europe (see the full list of included countries below):

9.90 Euro per order (Priority shipping).
13.50 Euro per order (Priority shipping with tracking).

Deliveries worldwide:

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of 16.90 Euro per order (Priority shipping).
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of 20.50 Euro per order (Priority shipping with tracking).

Please be aware: If you have chosen shipping without tracking you and we will not be able to get any information on the current location of your package. Giving out this information is not possible and we are not liable for lost packages.

Provision of digital content:

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be made available to you via a link communicated via email. This e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Ordered items are usually created on Fridays, packed and then shipped by Austrian Post.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Austria) will be made within 3-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after successful receipt of payment). Deliveries to the EU, Europe or worldwide may take longer.
For products marked with "Made to order", an additional processing time of up to approx. 7 days will be added.
For individual and custom-made products, the processing and delivery times are agreed directly with the customer.
For dealer orders, additional processing time will apply depending on the items & quantities ordered, which will be agreed directly with the dealer.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays!

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
